To improve student health by providing accessibility to healthy information, activities, and food. We recognize that small improvements in lifestyle choices can resonate through postgraduate life and positively affect the greater community. We acknowledge that long-term benefits of preventative health measures include a decreased burden on our healthcare system, but most importantly, individual longevity.
The Health & Wellness Movement strives to provide meaningful volunteer experiences for our members, as well as providing students alternatives and accessible ways to take part in a healthy lifestyle both in and out campus life. We hope to influence students’ health in a manner that can ultimately be carried out throughout their lives.
